About the position
At NetEnt’s development department we create total solutions for our casino games. Our platform, the core of the casino, has a staggering number of transactions to handle in a secure way. Then all our games that have to be exciting and seductive enough to capture the most fastidious of end users. This combination gives us fantastic challenges and exciting opportunities that take a wide range of skills, from animations to mathematics to explore.
Our biggest and most important asset is our team of highly skilled and motivated employees, and it is important to us to allow and encourage each team member to thrive. Our development team is filled with different skills, nationalities and personalities. We have one thing in common though – the passion to succeed together.
We are now developing the next generation of our platform that will cater for millions of game-transactions from across the world. This new development is an exciting opportunity to create from scratch using modern tools and technology and we’re looking for driven and skilled developers with solid experience from JEE technologies to help us.
Experience
Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years’ experience from EJB, JPA, Web Services and various web technologies, like JSP and JSF. Knowledge of application servers Glassfish or JBoss , databases, communications protocols, OOAD, UML, design patterns and anti-patterns is also on the wish-list. However, most importantly, you are a good developer and a team player with an ambition and an ability to get things done in an agile environment.
Fluency in English is an absolute requirement as we have recruited the best – from all over the world.
