Product Manager – HR & Tech

Are you a tech savvy person who has an interest in the area where technology innovation meets Human Resources? Transcom is looking for a Product Manager within HR & Tech with extensive know-how in the field of digitalization, automation and how to use digital applications in order to strengthen the overall candidate and employee experience and improve internal efficiency. You will be instrumental in setting our digital roadmap and in establishing and implementing processes throughout the whole employee lifecycle. Your main goal will be to lead the development in creating a state-of-the-art candidate and employee experience, leveraging on data and analytics from the different processes and tools.

About the Role

As our Product Manager within HR & Tech, you should have an understanding and interest in how technology can be used to simplify and improve Transcom’s global People/HR processes and also identify and drive process improvements. You will work closely together with the global People/HR organization, IT Product Managers within new services, the CTO and other key stakeholders. Together you will own the candidate and employee experience strategy and tactics for Transcom.

Your tasks

  • Identify and drive process improvements throughout the candidate and employee lifecycle and ensure efficiency, engagement, scalability and operational excellence
  • Understand and implement technology to improve the candidate and employee experience. Globally using digital tools but also in automating transactional HR and using technology to improve onboarding and training
  • Construct, demonstrate and execute digital/tech initiatives that are based on business cases with clear ROIs, considering cost, employee and operational benefits and time to market. 
  • Cooperate and drive initiatives with team members in cross-functional teams within the global HR, IT and operations at Transcom

Your background

  • University diploma or degree, preferably in engineering
  • Strong business acumen and a have an ability to drive commercial discussions
  • Preferably deep knowledge in tech solutions supporting global HR processes and or experience in other product management areas
  • Team player, experience in getting things done through influence in the organization
  • Excellent, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • The ability to solve strategic problems, the nature of these problems in this role can include any or all of the following: financial, technical, functional and process
  • Strong affinity for Project Management and ensure effective direct and indirect leadership
  • Ability to identify potential new areas to apply tech, through process and workflow mapping
  • Experience from and ability to use data/analytics from different tools/solutions to recommend/make data driven decisions
