Are you a tech savvy person who has an interest in the area where technology innovation meets Human Resources? Transcom is looking for a Product Manager within HR & Tech with extensive know-how in the field of digitalization, automation and how to use digital applications in order to strengthen the overall candidate and employee experience and improve internal efficiency. You will be instrumental in setting our digital roadmap and in establishing and implementing processes throughout the whole employee lifecycle. Your main goal will be to lead the development in creating a state-of-the-art candidate and employee experience, leveraging on data and analytics from the different processes and tools.
As our Product Manager within HR & Tech, you should have an understanding and interest in how technology can be used to simplify and improve Transcom’s global People/HR processes and also identify and drive process improvements. You will work closely together with the global People/HR organization, IT Product Managers within new services, the CTO and other key stakeholders. Together you will own the candidate and employee experience strategy and tactics for Transcom.

We have already implemented an automated digitalized screening tool and digital signing of employee contracts. However, we have a lot more initiatives identified and are now looking for a person who can act as the enabler to these initiatives together with adding experience and knowledge on new potential initiatives.
