The initial focus of the role is to generate growth through sales leads as well as to generate downloads of their app. In order to do this, it is all about “growth hacking” testing different methods and marketing activities to create results. In the long run, it’s all about being part of journey conquering a market and building a leading company.
An initial task will be to update the site to create a lead generating machine through downloads, chat, etc. The ambition is to become a thought leader in their segment and get organic traffic but also setting up digital campaigns, events, etc.
Other tasks can include organising events and conferences, handling external consultants, helping the sales team and optimize marketing efforts through different channels and methods.
