About the role

The role of Customer Experience Analytics Specialist is newly-formed in the organisation and crucial for the Marketing department. The purpose of the role is to support VP Marketing and team to grow the Portfolio by analysing consumer data more effectively and translating it into actionable consumer intelligence.

This person will gather data from Business Control, Consumer Insight, E-Commerce teams and other existing or new data sources and unify it in order to produce structured, objective and highly meaningful reports and recommendations. These reports will help increase performance, smoothen processes as well as enable the Marketing leadership to take the right decisions. In the role of the Customer Experience Analytics Specialist you will support the VP Marketing in building, gathering and filtering customer experience data and contribute to strategy and marketing decision-making.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide Marketing input and expertise to Consumer Insight and Business Control functions on how to bring physical and digital insights together in one hub to improve competitive intelligence
  • Acquire and analyse consumer intelligence and translate it into high quality reports and presentations to VP Marketing and the team, including the Brand management teams
  • Validate that NDP and brand initiatives and business cases are based on objective, relevant and accurate consumer intelligence
  • Support VP Marketing with Performance analytics, Portfolio analysis, Marketing ROI analysis and ad-hoc reporting
  • Project Management of Marketing Digital Initiatives chaired by VP Marketing

Wanted profile

  • Very strong analytical skills and highly structured and effective approach to problem solving
  • Proven competence in analysing data and consumer intelligence that supports digital transformation and/or expansion
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in analytics positions, preferably from online betting, gaming or similar industries
  • Strong communicator and experienced in cross-functional collaboration
  • Advanced knowledge of English in speech and writing
  • Very strong drive and ambition
  • Proven ability to create results and the ability to challenge Status Quo in a constructive and productive way
