The Role

As an Application Domain Manager for deal lifecycle management, you will have full responsibility for developing and maintaining our tools used within this domain. Today we mostly use Salesforce but this might change over time. Your main task will be to ensure that we use the optimal tools and keep them aligned with our business goals and IT strategy. The motto is: “do what is needed, not wanted – but sell it like sliced bread”. Your train of thought should be focused on the bigger picture of things; how to best support business users, how to best develop new features, how to best roll out new projects and how to get tractions of new functions. And of course keep an eye on the budget budgeting, etc. 

Your work will have a great impact on improving our operations, growing insights, taking full advantage of our data, all within the boundaries of compliance and security best practices. To achieve the above you will need to be an expert in business processes and the systems you own.

  • Inspire, drive and manage stakeholders, budget, planning, backlog and execution of all activities within the domain
  • Manage and develop processes that align with business needs
  • Setup and manage a project and support teams and lead them as an acting project/service manager
  • Ensure good execution of business processes following compliance, regulatory and security constraints or guidelines
  • Collaborate with business teams, tech teams and third parties to understand the needs, design the strategy
  • Maintain well-groomed/prioritized backlog that will make our performance more efficient
