The Role

The primary function of this position is to apply your expertise and experience leading complex BI/DW initiatives to ensure the realization of our business goals and objectives. You will work in an environment that thrives on innovation, communication, and collaboration. 

The importance of flexibility to lead diverse and dynamic teams is imperative. You will be expected to use your various skills including but not limited to problem-solving, verbal and written communication, excellent relationship building, as well as strong leadership and team management skills. This position will work directly with senior and executive level positions. 

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of managing program scope, schedule, and budget using best practices in project management. In addition, the candidate must be functionally and technically competent to lead delivery within the BI/Analytics domain area as a trusted advisor.

The data you will be working with is crucial to determining response methods to company performance or external trends that may affect EQT. Your work will have a great impact in improving our operations, growing insights, taking full advantage of our data, all within the boundaries of compliance and security best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire, drive and manage stakeholders, budget, planning, backlog and execution of all activities within the domain
  • Provide end-to-end project management through agile, iterative processes
  • Facilitate organizational buy-in and consensus on project outcomes through interaction with multiple stakeholder groups, such as business functions, IT, operations.
  • Collaborate with internal and/or external teams to design, develop and implement projects
  • Assist in requirement gathering
  • Maintain well-groomed/prioritized backlog that will make our performance more efficient
  • Extend knowledge to provide ongoing refinement of processes to improve operations; constantly thinking about the big picture of things

  • Business Intelligence PM experience preferred
  • Strong understating of business to technical requirement translation
  • Former tech background so you can drive daily developer team activities
