Great for people with no time and limited car access and for those who need help with deliveries, moving and recycling. By transporting things with a shared ride, and with the help of its users, Tiptapp effectively reduces the number of cars on the road and promotes reuse/recycling in society.

Tiptapp was launched in Stockholm in 2016 and is backed by prominent marketplace investors. They have more than 170.000 users in the Stockholm area and are also currently testing the service in London. We have global ambitions and there are a ton of things to do so we need more super talented people to join the team!

The Role

Tiptapp is now moving on to the next level and they are now looking for a CMO that can help them set brand awareness and the foundation to grow in new markets within Sweden and internationally.

Tiptapp is looking for a CMO who is a strong believer in the sharing economy and new smart on-demand platforms, and who is keen on challenging the conventional to create a fantastic global service. You, like Tiptapp, believe in saving the environment, promoting recycling and reuse of goods. Tiptapp needs a communicator who can position the company in the best possible way and drive communication in order to grow awareness in new markets. The latest NPS result of 85 shows that users really love the service and are willing to recommend Tiptapp to others. There are loads of positive reactions and great stories that can be used for further marketing and communication efforts.

Set brand awareness and grow in new markets

At Tiptapp, the energy is high and the attitude is all about moving forward and creating a first-class solution that everyone wonders how they managed without. You are probably familiar with the startup scene and ready to get stuck in and go. You are analytical and you like to create data-driven activities so that you can test, measure and retry to create better ways of reaching out. You are probably used to managing media budgets wisely and have a mindset of creating effective PR/events/activities (guerilla) to get your message through. You will own the social media marketing efforts and work closely with the product team to integrate media strategies with in-product marketing drivers.

You are able to use your limited resources in a smart way, writing PR articles one day and taking help from consultants the next. You will over time build up a marketing team as the company grows. Great communication skills are needed, especially in English and preferably in Swedish.

You will be part of the management team and report to the CEO.
