About the role

The Campaign and Social Media Manager is a Group-wide support function within the Dometic Digital Centre of Excellence, located at Dometic Headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden. The role is reporting to the Global Director Digital Channels. The overall responsibility is to drive traffic and conversion to Dometic’s digital properties by means of digital campaigns and SEO. It also includes responsibility for managing, posting and interacting on our Facebook, Instagram and YouTube channels. You will work closely with central and regional marketing resources to plan and execute on campaigns.

  • Execute all Dometic Groups digital marketing campaigns based on regional input
  • Govern all group online advertising spend and manage all supplier relationships
  • Drive traffic and conversion for all digital channels
  • Own and drive all SEO initiatives
  • Own and develop the overall Online Customer Journey
  • Own, maintain and develop our marketing automation tools and related platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hootsuite etc.)
  • Manage our social media accounts and platforms to efficiently communicate our brand and marketing message, adverts and to facilitate consumer/customer conversations
  • Closely collaborate with central and regional marketing resources and business stakeholders to secure correct, complete and up-to-date content for communication on the channels
  • Manage day-to-day conversations on Dometic’s social media channels

About you

  • 3 or more years experience within digital communication
  • Documented experience within Digital Advertising
  • Documented experience with website traffic follow-up, preferably Google Analytics
  • Documented experience with Search Engine Optimisation and Social Media Management
  • Documented experience within customer journey mapping and email marketing
  • Sufficient understanding of Web Content Management and E-commerce platforms
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
