Safemind is a recruitment company. We work with customers and candidates within the tech and the IT sector, and recruit people for the whole spectra of positions, including developers as well as executives. We have wide experience of recruitment, a large network and contact with a vast number of competent candidates, whom we find through several recruitment channels and advertising. We continuously monitor and follow trends and development and make use of modern tools in searching and finding the right person for our customers.

You will work with full-cycle recruitment and work closely with clients such as Kivra, Lifesum, Flightradar24 and Åhléns. In this role, you will source and recruit a broad set of roles within engineering, including specialists and leaders. You will either own the whole process for certain roles or you’ll team up with colleagues at Safemind and front multiple customers. You’ll also get a chance to work with different client employer branding.
Those passionate about internal contribution will also get a chance to work on structuring and improving internal processes as well as on internal recruitment and Safemind’s growth.
We are a bunch of recruitment nerds who like to google stuff. We also like to hunt Craterellus cornucopioides. One of us has a big love of orchids and a few of use dynamite for fishing. One of us, likes to make her own quizzes (who knows, it may be a part of the recruitment process to answer a quiz). As told before, we like to google stuff and one of us spends her free time googling Homo Sapiens on cell level. But at the end, all of us love skeet shooting, padel and are big foodies.
Besides having a lot of fun everyday we also have recurrent off-sites and after-works, knowledge sharing sessions and a lot of fika. We share our office with our two sister companies, one of them being a product company, and we like to chat about techie things with them.
