About the role

In the role of Sales Director Enterprise, you will be part of the Region EMEA team and work in an international team with members in Sweden and abroad. The Sales Director Enterprise is responsible for the acquisition of new Enterprise clients with a focus on the Nordics. The role is going to create lasting relationships with decision makers of target companies and is going to play a key role in expanding DigitalRoute’s Enterprise business. A large part of your work will involve contacting new prospect clients, building a pipeline of potential transactions and to complete and project lead new deals within DigitalRoute. You will initiate sales activities yourself to promote and strengthen DigitalRoute’s brand. You will have an overall responsibility for your sales activities for DigitalRoute to increase the footprint in the segment. The position is located in Stockholm.

As the Sales Director you will:

  • Sell complex IT system to b2b customers
  • Use industry expertise to generate new opportunities in order to build the pipeline and grow the sales, direct and indirect via Partners
  • Establish a professional, working, and consultative relationship with the client, including the C-level for developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry
  • Maintain a broad market and competitor knowledge to ensure credibility with client and partner executives
  • Develop, win and close sales opportunities to increase the company market share
  • Collaborate with a team of Sales Directors, Pre-sales and Partner Sales all across the globe

  • Have minimum of 3 years’ experience in b2b, software/complex solution-selling
