We’re looking for a killer Growth Hacker with SEO focus who will own the broad growth marketing strategy for Newst and take it to the next level. You’ll encapsulate our voice and lead all aspects of marketing: organic, paid, social, lead generation, PR, media, testimonials.

Newst.com was launched in 2018 and is owned by SF Invest, the Swedish real estate industry’s jointly owned innovation hub. Newst aims to change the entire work process for landlords to find new tenants, as well as radically simplify a rather complex and time-consuming process of seeking new premises for tenants. Basically, Newst provides a marketplace for vacant premises but in the long-term vision, there is a larger plan on how tenants and landlords will meet.

About the role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting the growth marketing strategy and executing its creation and distribution to drive inbound traffic, nurture leads through the funnel, and drive brand engagement across the customer lifecycle. Utilizing a combination of growth marketing expertise and creativity, you will create a process that engages and educates our target audiences and continues to position Newst as the leader in online commercial real estate.

  • Identify target segments & personas and learn about them
  • Develop messaging that would resonate with the target personas and iterate on testing and optimizing it
  • Experiment with a variety of channels to drive traffic, including free and paid (with more focus on content and SEO and SEM)
  • Build funnels and lifecycles to nurture leads and generate conversions
  • Optimize funnels by doing gap analysis and running a/b tests etc.
  • Effectively use tracking, behavior analytics, and other data to inform decisions and investments
  • Create and place content (that’s covered well in the current version, but can be condensed)
  • Carefully track and optimize unit economics balancing cost of acquisition with user lifetime value, and maximizing channel ROI.
  • Over time start thinking about the brand and start building brand equity.
  • Manage internal and outside resources effectively to execute at a high pace (goals, deadlines, projections, etc.)
  • Be creative and bold in coming up with innovative growth hacks while effectively and methodically scaling what proves effective.

Ideal background

  • In-depth SEO experience (on-page and off-page) with large scale websites – handeling 100K+ pages – building content strategies and link strategies
  • Experience managing content creators and external agencies and producing own content
  • Hands-on experience managing large scale SEM campaigns and working with third party providers and agencies
  • 2-4 years leading and developing growth and customer acquisition, marketing, brand marketing, media buying, lead generation, or other quantitative/data-driven fields
  • Great understanding of demand generation, search engine optimization and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • A strategic, metrics-driven mindset and a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate to get the best results possible
  • Ability to summarize data and insights into easy-to-understand updates
  • A motivated self-starter with a track record of building relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Even though this ad is written in English you will need excellent Swedish, both verbally and in writing to create content Immaculate written and verbal communication skills
