Lifesum is looking for an exceptional VP of marketing – a passionate, experienced and data-driven individual who excels when leading high-performing marketing teams in fast-paced, agile environments. As the VP of Marketing you will be responsible for meeting revenue goals, reporting metrics as well as identifying and acting upon new areas of opportunity. We are looking for someone who shares Lifesum’s vision of simplifying the path to long-term healthy living. 

Responsibilities and what you will do: 

You will be responsible for tactical and strategic marketing initiatives. The scope will include:

  • Lead efforts in the utilization of data-driven methodology, analyses, and measurements in order to have an effective marketing department.
  • Analyze and evaluate the ongoing effectiveness of marketing initiatives, methods, cost and results. Implement changes accordingly.
  • Develop and achieve measurable performance goals that support the business’s overall goals and metrics.
  • You will have full ownership of, and accountability for customer acquisitions and retention.
  • Create and maintain strong and transparent working relationships across the organization, ensuring open communications 
  • Leading, mentoring and inspiring a team of highly competent marketers toward the company’s business goal.
  • Managing an efficient organizational structure, providing leadership and inspiration to your teams.

Are you the one we’re looking for?  

To be successful in this position we believe that you have:

  • Experience working with MMP, iTunes Connect, Google Play console etc.
  • At least eight years of successful experience in driving global consumer acquisition across marketing channels like PPC, Display, Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, etc.
  • Thorough understanding of how a subscription business model affects marketing priorities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills and a successful track record of developing and retaining world-class talent.
  • Natural team player, putting others before self, and actively engaging with stakeholders.
  • BA/BS degree in economics, or related fields.
