Role

The VP of Product Marketing will manage content strategy and execution along with other initiatives to promote and sell the Axiomatics suite of products to a global audience of new prospects and existing customers as well as to internal sales and partner audiences.

Reporting directly to the CEO/founder, the person in this role will make a strong impact on the business by serving as the lead technical marketing specialist and build product marketing plan with go-to-market strategy, compelling positioning, launch plan and promotion to target personas and industries.

Who are you?

The ideal candidate is a proven leader and successful product marketing manager with experience developing product marketing strategies, defining competitive differentiators based on deep market knowledge and research at a technology service provider in the B2B tech industry.

You have a track record of creating engaging, insightful content and understanding where and how products fit into client-specific use-cases and enterprise architecture.

You have an aptitude to learn technical concepts quickly and you have a passionate curiosity about IT-technology and specifically IT-security.

About the role

Cross-functional team lead for conception, execution, and measurement of product collateral, including presentations, data sheets, white papers, training materials, sales playbooks, partner materials, tech briefs, and internal sales tools to support the entire sales cycle/productivity and marketing funnel. Develop customised materials to support specific deals as required.

Support training and enablement of our new hires and global sales team to help them effectively articulate and optimally position the value of our solutions to increase win rates.

Derive market insights from analysts, media, customers, prospects, sales, and primary research and deliver product marketing input to product management and development teams.

Together with the Product Management, R&D and Marketing team, educate and present to both internal and external stakeholders about Axiomatics’ story and the benefits of using Axiomatics’ solutions.

Qualification and experience

  • Building and managing teams of product marketers, both on site and remote
  • Developing and executing product marketing strategies for complex, technical solutions.
  • Experience working with sales teams, engineering teams, media and industry analysts
  • Must be strong in translating deeply complex technical concepts into compelling messaging for a wide audience using real world examples, visuals, and analogies
  • Solid understanding of applications and IT infrastructure is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, IT, Journalism, or Business Administration, OR equivalent B2B experience required.
