Today they are SMS, Rich Messaging, Real Time Communications, Operator Software and Common Services, and we are now adding a new Product Line Applications & Services and looking for our new Director of Engineering to lead it.
This new product line – Applications & Services – will develop and own our existing and upcoming SaaS application level services, including web applications for mobile marketing, chatbot design, content personalization, automated workflows, human chat and more.
As Director of Engineering Application & Services you have your own dedicated teams and work closely with your counterparts in Product Management and Operations to deliver new services and new features to our SaaS portfolio. You are responsible for all aspects of the software lifecycle and for the artefacts owned by your teams. You also work closely with peer Directors, Architects and Tech Leads to coordinate system wide initiatives and deliverables.
This is a high impact role offering you the opportunity to make use of your SaaS experience and innovative mindset to enable this product line to reach real scalability.
You are an experienced leader with great execution skills and ability to drive and motivate your teams to reach the set-out goals for your product line. You know how to guide virtual teams and inspire them to collaborate and execute with speed and quality on key priorities. You engage naturally and build trust with teams and internal stakeholders by creating clarity, providing support and instilling teams with energy and a can-do mindset as well as through demonstrating ownership and accountability.
