We are now looking for a Digital Business Manager to help Hydroscand extend their digital purchasing journey to global level and setting the direction for an efficient omnichannel approach. Besides launching new e-commerce solutions, you will also be responsible for continuously developing the online offer in the different markets to ensure that they deliver on commercial targets.
Hydroscand is an established and well-known supplier of hoses and fittings for a broad range of needs. The company has over the years grown both organically and through acquisition and is now established in 20 countries with more than 240 branches.
The potential of using automated and digital channels is huge and this role is about setting a central hub to help the local regions making use of new technology solutions to offer a digital purchasing and e-commerce solution.

As Digital Business Manager you will drive the development and implementation of Hydroscand’s e-commerce solution and other automated solutions. Today, Hydroscand has an e-commerce business in Sweden and more countries will follow. The company is currently going through a digitalisation process and are at different stages in this development in different regions. This will be a leading role in this change process and it requires both experience of similar processes as well as a down to earth approach in explaining and taking the organisation through these changes. This is a great opportunity to make a big impact in a traditional business going through a period of change.
The key to being successful in this role is to be able to adapt and implement new digital solutions and methods in an established organisation. You will need to have the ability to take the organisation through this period of change, meaning both talking to the board but also explaining digital opportunities to the employees at the different branches who are used to meet clients.
