In 2019 the two market leaders First Camp and Nordic Camping & Resorts was merged, taking the joint name First Camp, with a total revenue of 400 MSEK.

About the role

As the CRM Manager, you will play a critical role in managing First Camp´s relationship with their customers. Your responsibilities include driving the strategy, development, enhancement, and execution of lifecycle marketing programs and campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app notifications, focused on improving customer metrics like activation, engagement, retention & reactivation. You will analyze and act on CRM and marketing campaign data including strategic analyses of the customer database to shape channel marketing strategy, the development of specific marketing communications, and optimization of future campaigns.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven and data driven marketer with proven quantitative and analytical skills and will have a combination of email marketing experience, statistical and visualization software products experience (quantitative tools), and project management skills.

You will ensure that deliverables comply with GDPR and other similar regulations and guidelines as required by the business.

The profile we are looking for is that of an entrepreneur with strong analytical skills. We need, therefore, to find someone with a lot of drive and energy but also the skill to digest large amount of data, navigate through it and managing to extract the most insightful conclusions. You will identify growth opportunities based on quantitative analysis, and execute on ideas to drive growth, traffic and engagement.

We believe you have:

  • Deep understanding of CRM strategy and management (ideally including push notifications, in-app messages and email)
  • Experience working on A/B testing and building segmentation strategies
  • Track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex email campaigns and cross-functional projects
  • Deep experimentation experience and mindset with a proven track record of executing A/B tests, optimizing campaigns and translating data into insights
  • Highly proactive & independent, always looking for ways to take initiative and improve existing programs/processes
  • Exceptional project management and organization skills, with a keen eye for detail, requiring minimal supervision
  • Solid understanding of CRM fundamentals (GDRP-compliance, A/B split testing, etc.)
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities
  • Advanced data sourcing, data management and data analytical skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills is an advantage
