You will be part of a team working to deliver some of the most innovative and engaging products and customer experiences in the betting industry.

About the role

The Betsson Group’s mission is to put customers at the heart of our business through unrivaled customer experiences, and you will play a crucial part in achieving that mission. As a visual designer for the sportsbook product, you will work across multiple brands in markets across the world serving millions of customers. As part of a dynamic customer experience centred department the UX/UI team will play a crucial role in driving a customer-first approach. You will work with other UX/UI specialists as well as developers, product managers and researchers.

What you’ll do

  • Own and evolve the look and feel of the Betsson betting products
  • Deliver high-level visual designs as well as strategic by contributing to product roadmaps and the brand platform.
  • Work alongside the product team to deliver the best visual design.
  • Keep our design system constantly evolving.
  • Explain, discuss, and justify design decisions.
  • Give effective feedback and direction to other team members.
  • Evangelize the design vision within Betsson

We think you

  • Have a solid experience as a Visual designer
  • Are an enthusiastic collaborator open to other people’s ideas
  • Have expert level in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and XD or equivalent
  • Have great presentation skills with an ability to clearly explain and defend your work in meetings and reviews
  • Partner with other designers to develop the strategy, interface and rationale for features
  • Are self-propelled and not afraid to show initiative
  • Have a great portfolio that you are eager to show
  • Have excellent written and spoken English

To be successful in this role you have a solid experience in mainly digital design roles. You have played a big role in developing innovative and creative services. You have a passion for simple yet inspiring design.

Bonus if if you have experience working in our industry and if you have a genuine interest in sportsbetting, or other transaction intense industries such as fintech.
