Project Manager Lead

At the heart of operations is the project management team running a large number of projects simultaneously, often over several markets, ensuring the success of every campaign. 

About the role

The Relatable team is now looking to recruit a Project Manager Lead to join their team in Stockholm. They are looking for a true ”spider in the web”-person with a holistic business mindset and project management experience. Your mission is to lead, plan, and help maximise the value of projects and project-teams effort.

Besides leading the team of project managers you will also manage your own campaigns. This is an important aspect of the Project Manager Lead- role since this will keep you updated on our processes and possible bottlenecks and will keep you involved in all other team deliverables. You will:

• Manage, coach and develop our fantastic project management team.
• Optimise internal strategies and processes, short- and long term.
• Help your team to constantly prioritise the right things and reach goals and deadlines while making a meaningful impact.
• Be responsible for the deliveries ensuring successful campaigns and satisfied clients. 
• Manage your own projects from start to finish for some of our largest clients.

About you

• 2+ years of experience from leading a team of project managers. 
• 5+ years experience in working in an agency environment.
• Experience from managing fast paced global projects.
• A self-starter who is able to take projects from strategy through execution even in fields where you lack knowledge.
• Curious, driven, and engaged person who wants to know the ins and outs of the business.
• Truly fluent and comfortable with both written and spoken business English. 
• Confident and with pondus to handle any customer situation in an international setting. 
• Experience from working in a start-up company or with influencer marketing is a big plus.
