As part of our new consumer tech company that will be announced in early 2021, we are looking to hire an E-commerce Manager to help us deliver best in class user experience on our website. This person will work closely with our Head of Europe, helping shape and executing our e-commerce strategy in Europe and North America. The successful candidate will be a strategic individual with at least 5 years of experience in a rapidly growing business environment. This role will be ever-changing and will require the candidate to be flexible, open-minded, and output-driven with a strong sense of ownership. Meetings and planning are important but we are strong believers that at the end of the day execution make a market impact.


  • Lead the e-commerce efforts of the company in Europe and North America;
  • Optimize the e-commerce website together with our external platform team and customize it to European and North American market demands;
  • Organize and implement e-commerce events, promotion, and integrated marketing activities to drive traffic and sales;
  • Track, analyze, and improve traffic quantity and quality coming from different channels, making use of all available marketing and CRM tools (Paid Media, Social Media, PR, EDM, etc.);
  • Manage product stock levels and forecasting


  • 5+ years of relevant experience (B2C E-commerce); experience with mobile brands is a plus;
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing;
  • Fluency in English is a must, multilingual abilities is a plus;
  • Knowledgeable of marketing and sales mechanisms of major e-commerce companies;
  • Understands operations and channels of digital marketing and is familiar with the programs and tools most commonly used in this environment (Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.);
  • Proven ability to gather customer insights while also being able to articulate those in executive-level format;
  • Considered to be a strong analytical and decision-oriented leader;
  • Good communication skills, able to get buy-in from stakeholders within the company;
  • Entrepreneurial, can-do attitude, being comfortable with changing environments as well as multiple overlapping projects.
