About the role

As CTO, you will play a key part in Flowbox’s future journey. You will be overall responsible to ensure that the technological solutions meet the business needs and that you create the best processes and the best team. It will be your responsibility to lead the tech directions of the company, and you will also play an important role as part of the management team to drive the company forward.

As CTO, you will be responsible and accountable for:

• Tech leadership & strategy
• Using the most appropriate technology solutions to achieve business goals
• Quality, stability, and scalability of the company’s tech assets
• Company IT setup
• Building, scaling and maintaining the tech solution
• Recruitment and personnel growth in Tech department
• Development process setup

Your background

To succeed in this role, we believe that you, today, are leading a tech team with a focus on product development, probably for a B2B SaaS solution. You thrive in an entrepreneurial and agile environment and have a passion for building up scalable solutions. You have a knack for problem solving, have a background in backend development, and have a good understanding of the whole spectrum within development – everything from the frontend, backend, and CI/CD development to design and small scripts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in leading a tech team
• Background in building up scalable solutions
• Strong experience both in monolith and microservices solutions
• Strong listening, communication, interpersonal skills (English is a must and Swedish is a plus)
• Experience with scaling up the Tech teams
• Experience in creating agile work and process flow
• Developer background, preferably in Python and/or javascript
• Experience with cloud computing, especially understanding auto-scaling environments

Not a requirement, but a bonus if you have experience in one or more of:

• Influencer marketing
• Product development for a B2B SaaS solution
• Product development in a martech environment
