Senior Product Manager

Azets is a business services company that provides a seamless, end-to-end experience for small to medium companies across the UK and the Nordics. Azets’ SaaS solution is well-positioned to continue growing. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join their growing team in Stockholm.

About the role

As the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for Azets’ customer portal. It is the public face for all of Azets’ accounting, payroll, and consulting services. The portal aims to deliver a modern digital customer experience covering everything from viewing business metrics to cross-selling new products and communicating with Azets representatives. The portal is currently being used by 170k+ users across 30k+ companies.

In this role, you will contribute with knowledge of the business’s constraints (e.g. marketing, sales, service, finance, legal, and privacy). You will also contribute with knowledge of the company’s users and customers, and data about customer engagement with its products. Finally, as the Senior Product Manager, you will track industry trends and the competitive landscape of the product.

About you

To succeed in this role, you understand the modern product discovery and delivery process. You are experienced in setting product strategy amid uncertainty and have delivered solutions to complex problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks and to lay out an argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.

• 4+ years of experience in the Product Manager role
• Experience working with technology-powered products
• Ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship, influencing without authority.
• Fluent in English, other Nordic languages are beneficial

Nice to have experience in

• Building a unified customer portal.
• IdP, API development and integration work.
• User research and foundation in user experience design.
• Building business cases.
