About the Role 

Currently, we are identifying a Head of Growth for a Stockholm-based consumer tech company. Our client’s mission is to create a ground-breaking virtual entertainment network where users can express themselves in a new way. In this role, you will play a vital part in a scale-up making their mark on the tech industry. 

You will lead the global analytics, and growth strategy. By your side, you will have a team that consists of programmers, artists, and creators with backgrounds from the entertainment and gaming industries. As Head of Growth, you will work as part of the management team, with content, product, and growth analytics to continuously deliver insights and recommendations that shape the content and product features the company undertakes

Your primary tasks and responsibilities as a Head of Growth:

  • Synthesize vast amounts of data and report key insights and findings for the broader executive team and other stakeholders on a recurring basis
  • Define dashboards to allow real-time access to KPI against goals across the organization and actionable insights 
  • Deeply understand our client’s users and their cohort-based user journeys and psychology
  • Understand and grow the star creator network. Our client is driven by user content, and they are dependent on not just their users, but also that the most creative young people choose them as their mean of expression
  • Create a frame for analysis of our client content and segments
  • Define a company-wide growth strategy and plan for user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization
  • Work with marketing, product, and management team to develop to continuously develop and iterate the content strategy
  • Set up key metrics including CAC, LTV, Revenue Creation, Payback Period, Revenue Retention, ARPPU, and others   
  • Define, A/B test, and optimize the right acquisition/engagement loops and linear funnels until KPIs are pointing in the right direction
  • Employ robust data science, analytics and experimentation methods
  • Design and implement acquisition growth through paid and owned media channels
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop and optimize content to fuel growth marketing initiatives
  • Partner with art, UX, and tech team to define and implement strategies and initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement retention, and monetization, and/or tracking

About you 

To succeed in this role, you are a leader with a proven track record of successfully executed growth strategies for companies in similar positions. You have experience in building analytics and data science teams, possess strong presentation-skills, have an analytical mindset, and have a passion for problem-solving. Professional experience from relevant industries like the entertainment, social media, or mobile games industry is a plus. Most importantly you inspire people around you and set a culture of excellence. 

Key Qualifications:  

  • 3+ years of Analytics /and/or/ Growth or related experience 
  • Master’s degree in, engineering, mathematics, data science, or statistics
  • A successful track record of executing growth strategies for start-up and/or hyper-growth consumer products/services
  • Marketing and CRM experience
  • Deep experience with A/B testing and experiment design
  • Deep analytical technology stack experience, interacting with tools and platforms such as: Tableau, SQL, Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, Airflow and/or similar tools
