We are now looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Lead to join the team, and be part of the exciting journey of further growing the company! You will drive and expand the Talent Acquisition strategy, ensuring they attract and hire the right talent in the most efficient ways, while engaging in new and wider talent pools.
As the Global TA Lead, you will set the strategy for attracting the right talent, expanding the employer brand and nurturing candidate relations, maintaining a strong candidate experience. You will drive innovative hiring practices and bring experience from data-driven workflows.
You will ensure the EVP is activated in all TA related areas, internally and externally. You ensure there is a unified communication of the brand across all locations and in recruitment events/ meet-ups, activities and processes. This includes training and advising hiring managers on interviewing techniques, communication, values, and unconscious biases.
Together with the TA team, you will review tools and workflows to iterate and innovate the methods for attracting, hiring and retaining the right talent. This includes identifying any new, relevant channels and platforms to reach business goals.
As the Global TA Lead, you will be in charge of assessing the business needs through internal stakeholders; bringing needs into clear goals, plans and priorities for the TA team. By determining relevant KPIs and presenting KPI reports, you keep stakeholders updated on how you are tracking towards staffing goals and what opportunities of workflow improvement you bring into your plans.
You will also manage the amazing Global TA team that hires all talented Avalanchers from all around the world. You will coach your team for excellence and relish in the success of the team. Leading the team also means empowering your team members’ professional growth, providing them with feedback and supporting them to own their long-term growth.
