The role

As a Futurice Business Director you’ll join some of the world’s best consultants and professionals across software engineering, design and digital business. 

With your commercial mindset and commitment to building close, human customer relationships, you’ll deliver outstanding impact and long-term value for clients. You will work to become the most important trusted advisory for your clients. It is a key role in developing Futurice Stockholm by finding, winning and delivering new and exciting projects. Winning these deals can come about in many different ways and you will prioritize your time yourself to maximise outcome. 

You will be responsible for scanning the market for new opportunities, taking in new leads, finding new possible ways into interesting projects and clients

Who we’re looking for

• You’ve probably worked with business development before, maybe in addition to some other capacity
• Someone committed, long-term and human approach to sales and account development
• Has direct experience of the tech business world
• Has a collaborative approach with sales, marketing and the wider office
• Owns a healthy drive to build out business from existing accounts
• An ability to manage the pitching process
• Last but not least, a learning mindset
• Fluent and confident with Swedish and English as working languages
