After significant success in recent years, the Lifesum marketing team is expanding and we are currently looking for two exceptional leaders for the Search and Display teams. 

As the Head of Performance Marketing for the Display Team, we are now looking for an exceptional leader with an impressive track record across paid social, native, programmatic and mobile advertising. Together with your team you will build expansive global user acquisition strategies, and will relentlessly aim to amplify and automate our display marketing programs further and across 20+ countries.

Responsibilities and what you will do: 

  • Leading a global team of senior performance marketing managers setting overall strategies for Display
  • Creation and execution of global display acquisition strategy across 20+ countries for all types display channels and advertising networks
  • Management of 7-digit € budgets on global scale
  • Making sure that Lifesum is following or setting the best practice on the market for all relevant display optimization fields such as usage of latest ad technologies or tracking and reporting solutions
  • Be responsible for performance budgets and optimize across all KPIs (ROI, CAC, LTV, etc)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (CRM-teams, Product, Partnership, Engineering etc.) but also external partners
  • Set overall strategies to manage external agencies/partners and influence internal stakeholders in order to drive operational excellence.
  • Analyze global markets and a large volume of data to drive efficient quarterly and YoY growth across marketing programs for Display channels
  • Own tracking mechanisms and complex marketing tech stack, working closely with developers and Data & Analytics team
  • Find trends and patterns in large datasets. Theorize and test why something is working, then find ways to iterate, scale, amplify and automate

leading global acquisition strategy

To be successful in this role, you have:

  • Extensive experience in performance marketing (maybe 7-10 years) out of which at least the majority of time in mobile (App) maybe 5 years 
  • Significant experience in buying media globally with large Display networks 
  • Some years experience in leading performance marketing teams
  • Ideally experience from a leading global app
  • Experience with a multi million Euro/$ marketing budget
  • Complex tech stack, significant experience working with MMPs (Adjust) and attribution
  • Previously created, planned, and implemented Paid Social strategies to achieve app user base growth, driving a large volume of installs and subscriptions
  • Extensive experience growing budgets over 1 million US$ on a single paid social channel, across multiple countries (AMER, EMEA, and/or APAC).  
  • Worked on the client or agency side, but are ready to get a proper work-life balance
