After significant success in recent years, the Lifesum marketing team is now specializing further, and we are currently looking for more experts to join both our Search and Display teams.

As the Head of Performance Marketing for the Search Team, we are now looking for an exceptional leader with an impressive track record in Search across Paid, ASO and mobile marketing. Together with your team you will build expansive global user acquisition strategies, and will relentlessly aim to amplify and automate our search marketing programs further. Search has the largest share in our double-digit, multi-million dollar, global mobile marketing budget. 

Responsibilities and what you will do 

  • Lead the creation and execution user acquisition strategy across 20+ countries through paid search and ASO/SEO strategies 
  • Responsibility for App store & Google play optimization
  • Be responsible for performance and upper funnel budgets and optimize across all KPIs (ROI, CAC, LTV, etc)
  • Building a global team of senior performance marketing search specialists 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (CRM-teams, Product, Partnership, Engineering etc.) but also external partners
  • Set overall strategies to manage external agencies/partners and influence internal stakeholders in order to drive operational excellence.
  • Lead the Search strategy and tactics, analyze global markets and a large volume of data to drive efficient quarterly and YoY growth across marketing programs for search

To be successful in this role, we think that you have:

  • 7+ years experience in mobile advertising, specializing in Paid Search, ASO, SEO and App marketing. 
  • Some years experience in leading performance marketing teams
  • Specialist background in Search marketing
  • Experience with App Stores optimization
  • Ideally experience from a leading global app
  • Previously created, planned, and implemented Paid Search strategies to achieve app user base growth, driving a large volume of installs and subscriptions 
  • Extensive experience growing budgets over 1 million US$ across multiple countries (AMER, EMEA, APAC). 
  • Some experience in search channels like Google UAC, Google Search, Apple Search Ads, and beyond. 
  • Extensive understanding of tracking and targeting capabilities and limitations (pixels, ATT…)
  • Worked on the client or agency side, but are ready to get a proper work-life balance
