About the Role

We are looking for a skilled technical support specialist with good problem-solving abilities. The duties include helping existing customers with questions regarding the technical aspects of Qbtech’s products and to manage production, shipping and returns of systems to customers. As Technical customer support you will have real time communication via phone and email. You will also work with system preparation that includes quality checks of software & equipment by following well established processes. Outside of these tasks you will also provide support to Qbtech internally by taking part in the work of improving our digital workplace (communication tools, file sharing, automation etc.)

This role is a part of the global support team meaning you will act in an international environment. 

Essential Duties and responsibilities

  • Swift response to customer tickets as they arrive via email and phone
  • Technical support and troubleshooting of questions from customers and Qbtech staff
  • Installing and configuring the software to ensure usability
  • Running quality control checks on systems and equipment following SOP (standard operating procedure) protocol
  • Timely shipping of systems and customer requests

Who are you?

To be successful in this role we think you have a knack for problem solving. You are proactive as a person, driven by continuous improvement. You are self-propelled and like to multitask as well as make things happen. 

We are looking for someone who has

  • A technical interest 
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience from working as first- and second line support (onsite and offsite)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English
  • Software development experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with process and methodologies is preferred
