We are currently looking for a Solution Architect for one of our clients in the Gothenburg region.

Solution Architect

As Solution Architect you will own the technical and architectural decisions for your team, valuing simplicity and have a willingness to challenge technical constraints and procedures to achieve the agile design. To succeed in this role, we believe that you are keen to get hands-on and actively trying to solve the biggest problems. You should be an executor as well as the visionary force behind the technical solution and you will be responsible for planning and developing the architectural runway in collaboration with the Domain Architect. We believe that you are an executor heart as well as the visionary force behind the Digital product.


  • Design the overall technical architecture of the Digital product with the help of the teams and Domain Architect
  • Guide teams on technology strategy related to coding practices, continuous integration, and automated deployment
  • Responsible for technical design and infrastructure/environments strategy, including deployments, ensuring that these are kept in line with an MVP mindset of ‘emerging architecture’
  • Work with the team to help empower and provide the right tools to deliver sprint goals
  • Mentor and coach the technical team, specifically with code quality when needed
  • Work with Digital Lead to align the roadmap with strengths and opportunities within the technical stack
  • Constantly look for better ways of solving technical problems and designing the Digital product, don’t be afraid to challenge the status quo
  • Provide the teams a roadmap for implementing software engineering practices for higher code quality
  • Share responsibility with Digital Lead for building reusable and scalable components

Your Background

We are looking for you who is a solution architect with deep insight into the newest technology trends, and you have significant experience with Agile infrastructure, environments, and deployment strategies/technologies. You should have strong communication skills with the ability to align the organization on complex technical decisions and be an active coach and mentor with the goals to grow and maximize your team’s potential.

You should also have:

  • Experience working on projects that span multiple organizations and business units
  • Experience managing technical priorities within the backlog
  • High energy and be a passionate individual who inspires teammates to reach their maximum potential
  • Excited about trying new solutions outside standard approved
  • Embraces a culture of trust and complete transparency
