To continue this growth journey, Instabox is now looking for two senior Product Managers!
As Instabox grows, new teams are being added and the complexity of the offerings creates a further need for roles that have a broader perspective. We have now reached a stage to add a role that can ensure that our offerings to consumers and merchants all stick together.
You will work with breaking down the overall vision into a product vision setting the agenda for the different teams developing the solutions. You will also have staff responsibility for Product Managers in your area and work with other Senior Product Managers to ensure to keep it all together during our intense growth.
Focus in the role will be:
To succeed in this role, you have a firm base in Product Management, and you have probably worked in a product management function for several years, improving digital solutions in many different ways. You may have had a leading product role at a growing company or previously had responsibility for an offer or product line with an overall perspective. It’s a great benefit if you have taken a role as Consumer Champion improving solutions with the guidance of a consumer journey and similar from the merchant perspective.
The person we are looking for:
We believe you are pragmatic and commercially minded. It’s important that you’re willing to embrace change, as the landscape and focus for sure will turn around fast as the business evolves. Your focus should be user value for consumers and business value for the merchants. It would be great (but not essential) if you have a background within e-commerce or logistics or other consumer-based solutions. We believe you have had the chance to improve both business offerings as well as improving all the small details that create a great experience. Our aim is to make “the hard stuff easy” for our customers and users.
