Do you want to make selling and promoting of HR and Payroll solutions a success? Are you ready to develop convincing and differentiating sales and marketing collaterals for Aditro Nordics, an SD Worx company with presence in Sweden, Norway and Finland? If so – you are the person to join our European Solution marketing team.

Your role

Product marketing is about enabling sales to sell and marketing to promote SD Worx’ offering (own solutions, products and partner solutions) to our clients and prospects. The team takes care of preparing the sales and market readiness of solutions by creating a convincing, differentiating messaging and commercial material to be used across sales and marketing functions.

This includes:

  • Support Go-to-markets of existing and new products/solutions;
  • Enabling sales and marketing functions with high quality sales & marketing material for the Go to market of new or existing solutions in the Nordic markets.

In this role you will be working closely with a lot of other functions within SD Worx’: portfolio manager, products, business managers, sales, field marketing, digital marketeers and graphic designers.

Your work

  • You actively participate in creating value propositions, go-to-market planning of products/solutions and implementation in collaboration with the Portfolio, product managers and field marketing teams.
  • You create professional, convincing go-to-market sales and marketing material and content about our offerings (sales stories, solution presentations, websites, videos, case studies etc) to ensure that sales is 100% prepared and can go to the market/customers in the right way (sales enablement).
  • You know what the customers in your market need and how they need it. You know the DMU and the sales process and how to influence it from a solution/product marketing point of view.
  • You focus on unique buying reasons and the customer value to be present in storytelling and sales & marketing material.
  • Use market insights, trends, results of research to give context of our offering.
  • Create a collaborative environment with all stakeholders. Be aligned with them on deliverables, milestones and timings. Be in a pro-active positive mindset and work in an agile way.

About you

  • You have a solid understanding of product marketing, product go-to-market and/or (B2B) marketing and are interested in the trends and future of HR and Payroll.
  • To succeed in this role, you have a university degree (or equivalent experience) and +5 year working experience in marketing. Knowledge in payroll and/or HR industry or technology is a plus.
  • It is important that you are passionate about the business value our solutions can bring customers, and that you are able to articulate the added value in convincing and differentiating sales and marketing messages and collaterals.
  • You are a team player and well organised individual who can work under pressure and meet numerous deadlines.
  • You have strong communication, marketing and project management skills to handle the varied and many tasks to be undertaken.
  • You communicate fluently in English and in one of the following languages Swedish, Norwegian or Finish. Knowledge of any additional language in the Nordics is a plus.

About the team

You will be part of the European Portfolio and Solution marketing team which is based across Europe and Mauritius. You will report into the Solution marketing manager and work closely with other Product marketeers across countries, the Portfolio manager for the Nordics and our business teams in Sweden, Norway and Finland.
