About the role

As Btwentyfours HR Manager you will have a key role in driving the agenda of operational and strategic HR activities. You will work in a variety of projects with the mission to grow and develop the organizational structures and policies, furthermore you will be an integral part in developing the company culture and take it to the next level.

Some of the things you’ll do

  • Develop and mediate policies, HR-strategies and routines in close collaboration with the management team 
  • Ensure the competence maintenance and development within the organization
  • Work with value creation, such as Employer Branding and EVP 
  • Support and educate managers in personnel matters
  • In the long-term perspective, build a great HR team
  • Proactively work with HR systems and improvements
  • Contribute to recruitment activities and handle the contact with recruitment consultants

About you

You are an experienced HR professional with great people and culture skills. You’re well organized with an attention to details and possess great time management skills. 

We attach great importance to your personal qualities and believe that you are humble, driven, positive and always have a willingness to develop yourself and the people around you.

Furthermore, we think that you

  • Have a Degree within Human Resources, Management or other relevant fields
  • Have 5 years or more in working with HR, preferably as HR Partner or similar
  • Experience working with Office 365 and HR systems
  • Fluency in English and Swedish 

It’s a plus if you have

  • Good knowledge in labor law 
  • Experience working at a publicly listed company, preferably a tech company
