We are seeking an experienced and passionate People & Culture Lead who will own and develop HR strategies and build an HR team – a role known under a variety of names, but we know what we are looking for.

About the role

As the People & Culture Lead, you will have a key role in driving the agenda of operational and strategic HR activities. You will be part of the management team and own a variety of projects with the mission to grow and develop organizational structures and policies. Furthermore, you will be an integral part of developing the company culture and taking it to the next level.

Some of the things you’ll do

  • Develop and mediate policies, HR-strategies and routines
  • Ensure the competence maintenance and development within the organization
  • Work with value creation, such as Employer Branding and EVP 
  • Support and educate managers in personnel matters
  • Proactively work with HR-systems and improvements
  • Contribute to recruitment activities and handle the contact with recruitment consultants
  • Build a great HR team

About you

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a background in HR and are experienced with people and culture. You’re well organized with attention to detail and possess great time management skills. 

We attach great importance to your personal qualities and believe that you are humble, driven, positive, and have the willingness to develop yourself and the people around you.

Furthermore, we think that you

  • Are well experienced in HR, preferably as HR Partner or similar
  • Experience working with Office 365 and HR systems
  • Have a Degree in Human Resources, Management or other relevant fields
  • Are fluent in English and Swedish
  • It´s a plus if you have experience working at a tech organization
