We are seeking an experienced and passionate People & Culture Lead who will own and develop HR strategies and build an HR team – a role known under a variety of names, but we know what we are looking for.
As the People & Culture Lead, you will have a key role in driving the agenda of operational and strategic HR activities. You will be part of the management team and own a variety of projects with the mission to grow and develop organizational structures and policies. Furthermore, you will be an integral part of developing the company culture and taking it to the next level.
