How you will make an impact

As a Product Manager at Readly, you will have an impact on all stages of the product development, from strategy to execution. We’re looking for a person who wants to be part of an empowered cross-functional product team, working with the early stages of the user funnel with the orientation and conversion of new users. Core responsibilities

  • Be part of setting the strategy and objectives together with the growth team and in close collaboration with the product leadership team.
  • Build a deep understanding of the needs of the business and problems for the users through both data and user research.
  • Be part of a product trio, with a product designer and tech lead, that leads an empowered team through both discovery and delivery.
  • Apply modern product discovery techniques to find the best opportunities that will drive the desired business objectives and make sure the team moves quickly and experiments cheaply to learn and deliver results.
  • Foster great collaboration with all relevant functions & people, but especially with the growth team consisting of brand & marketing, acquisition, CRM and country managers.

Who you are

  • For the past +3 years you’ve most likely been a product manager, where you have delivered amazing software products and thrived on shipping value to the users and business, preferably for B2C. If you have earlier marketing or growth experience it’s even better.
  • You’re obsessed with finding the best opportunity through data and user research that will drive the business forward and to experiment to find the best solution.
  • Understanding, collaborating and building great relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, specialists, and senior leaders is second nature to you.
  • You want to take an active role in all parts of the product development process and are comfortable collaborating closely with both analytics, designers and developers.
  • You’re an excellent communicator and storyteller, as comfortable sharing a product strategy as you are sharing successes or learnings.
