Deployr has built their own CMS that builds and monetizes global network sites with localization and SEO specifically in mind. The product gives its customers the ability to publish content from a central point and get it localized automatically into hundreds of regions and languages with the press of a button.

The team 

Deployr is a growing international team of 20+ people with hubs in Stockholm, Lviv, and setting one up in Barcelona pretty soon. They have a hybrid approach to work which means that offices are available for those who want and need it for their work and remote work is the foundation. The Stockholm Hub is where we focus on product development, lab projects and drive our business forward. The lead will run operations from the Stockholm Hub.

The challenges within the UX spectra

• Helping page users find what they are looking for faster and better – on-page conversion optimization
• Set a coherent brand feeling, with design, across different business verticals for the same mother brand
• A/B testing with clear benefits set from a UX perspective
• Setting data on UX and having that as the main driver for our development

Your assignment

Deployr is looking for a person who will lead the UX work and coach other UX designers, set the way of working, strategies and methods, and also create great hands-on design. The UX Lead will make sure their product experience is coherent throughout the user journey. These are some of the things you will be working with:

• Set up best practices for UX and coach other UX designers
• Drive the development of the front page product based on user insights and data
• Working with PO’s and product teams and supporting them with UX for feature development
• Setup a design system that scales well through hundreds of sites
• Implement A/B testing for frontpage components
• Make sure the interface interaction is fast, smooth, and smashing throughout their products
