Visual Designer to fintech startup DBT

DBT was created with the ambition to improve growth opportunities for SME’s. WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

As our Visual Designer you will be responsible for creating and leading our design work that supports our vision of building the next generation SME-growth partner redefining relationship business banking. In your capacity as Visual Designer you will:

• Design modern and professional graphics for the platform to promote an engaging and user friendly look and feel
• Develop and deliver well-documented, high-fidelity visuals that accurately represent DBT brand and design system standards
• Be responsible for creating and be leading our visual design work and collaborate closely with our CMO, Product Managers and Product Designers
• Communicate visionary ideas to stakeholders such as Product, Marketing and Tech Construct user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts for validation
• Have responsibility for stringency through all communication channels and deliver marketing materials internally and externally

• Experience coordinating, directing and leading the work of other designers on your team
• A portfolio that demonstrates digital design capabilities and show insights gained from testing and shipping
• Experience leading multiple projects end-to-end: collaborating effectively with designers, engineers, product managers, and data scientists
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
