About the role

As the HR manager you’ll oversee a broad aspect of HR, most definitely Recruitment and Management Support. You will lead a team of HR professionals and make sure that all the vital HR & Recruitment processes are in place. You’ll also have an important part of developing Midsummer’s Employer Brand in a way that showcases their culture & values. 

You will also: 

  • Be part of the management team and develop the company’s mission going forward from a people perspective
  • Proactively develop and improve HR- and Recruitment processes together with the HR team
  • Partnering up with managers to recruit talents that align with workforce plans that support the business and growth goals
  • Support and educate managers regarding HR questions
  • Advocating the company’s values and ensuring that processes and policies are aligned with the company culture and values

About you

Furthermore, we think that you

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, most definitely Talent Acquisition with hands-on recruitment in a growth company
  • Leadership experience 
  • Great communications skills, fluent in English and proficiency in Swedish

It’s a big plus if you have experience from 

  • The manufacturing industry 
  • Labor law 
  • Working Environment policies
