IT Security Specialist 

As IT Security Specialist you will together with your team take Swedish Match to the next level of IT Security. You will be a go-to person for IT Security and your technical expertise and recommendations will be the foundation for a secure enterprise IT and OT environment. Together with your team, you will make sure that Swedish Match has strong IT Security on a global level within all divisions and functions. This position will be placed within the Group IT function.

In this role you will

• You will act as a subject matter expert to support the organization in procurement and implementation of new IT services and make sure they fulfill Swedish Match security requirements. 
• Support solution architects and developers with IT security guidance and best practices. This work will include working closely together with IT technicians. 
• Continuously review needs for additional systems that could increase Security Office’s capabilities of detecting threats and perform threat hunting and ingesting threat intelligence.
• Plan and prepare security tests on systems to prevent security incidents by identifying vulnerabilities and give recommendations to system owners how these vulnerabilities should be mitigated.
• Perform continuous threat hunting to detect threats that evade security solutions and to identify weak configurations in systems.
  

Wanted profile

• At least 1 years of working experience from similar positions (e.g., as IT Security Analyst, IT Security Architect, IT Security Expert) 
• You have at least 3 years of experience  working with enterprise IT in a hybrid environment, i.e., as a technician.
• Experience in using relevant technology (e.g., Microsoft Suite, Security products)
• Experience in scripting language (Bash, Python, JavaScript etc.)
• Risk analysis experience is an advantage
• Certifications in Information and IT Security is an advantage
• Experience working with OT is an advantage
