Senior Game Producer

Raw Fury is an (un)publisher – they publish games but there is more to it. Raw Fury is a passion project. They’re all about doing what makes them and the people they work with happy. They have run both small and large development studios, they have produced games, promoted them, and written about them. They have designed them, distributed them, and delivered them into the hands of fans.

And now, they are looking for a Senior Game Producer to join their team.

About the role

As a Game Producer at Raw Fury, you will oversee the development of multiple titles and you are a champion for the game vision! In this role, you understand what makes a great game, what the magic ingredients are to make it a successful product and a must to be played game.

You’re the point of contact for several game development teams and ensure a smooth experience from signing through development, release and beyond. You understand and ensure what is needed to be done to deliver quality experiences, on time and on budget across several platforms.

Areas of responsibility include

• Define deliverables: Breaking down the project into tangible deliverables and ensure the plan is executed according to the product roadmap
• Champion the Vision: Understanding, communicating and carrying the torch for the vision of each game
• Estimate, maintain and allocate budget
• Regularly communicate the status of your projects and mitigate potential risks
• Maintain relationships with multiple teams, likely across multiple time zones

What we are looking for

First of all, you live video games. They are a passion, a hobby, and a career choice all at once.

We also believe that:

• You have several years of experience from a similar role, for example Senior Producer or Publishing Producer
• You have shipped several games on all the different platforms
• You have a product mindset, meaning that you have experience of leading games as products
• You have the ability to evaluate different games in different genres and for a variety of audiences
• You are a peoples person and have the ability to work with different game development teams of different sizes
• You’ll be expected to hit the ground running with skill points allocated in all the right categories
