About the role

In this role you will take ownership of Alight’s full-cycle recruitment process. You will challenge/coach team members and hiring managers throughout the whole process and remove bottlenecks that prevent the organization from finding, attracting, and closing candidates.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

  • Define profile requirements, persona, role description, and sourcing strategy
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, reference, compile candidate profiles for hiring committees
  • Coordinate candidates throughout the candidate journey, while providing high-quality experiences to our candidates from application to offer
  • Challenge and train hiring team and managers in ‘how we hire’ by sharing Alight’s recruiting principles and best practices, through training sessions and buddy checks
  • Nurture our talent network for various Alight functions to maintain a warm pipeline
  • Track and measure recruiting metrics: make data informed decisions and improvements
  • Be part of developing Alight’s employer brand in a way that showcases their culture

Who you are

You are passionate about recruitment and like to explore innovative ways to drive results and have an impact. If you know about solar PPA that’s probably a plus, if you don’t, we won’t mind. You probably have some years of experience when it comes to Talent Acquisition, most definitely with end-to-end recruitment in a similar fast-growing organization. Maybe you haven’t worked in the energy sector before, but you have an interest in Greentech?

Furthermore we believe you have:

  • Experience of working with a full-cycle recruitment process 
  • You have strong sourcing skills to identify new candidates 
  • Great skills in project management and relationship management
  • A data-driven mindset and an interest in how to use and measure data for understanding trends and apply improvements 
  • Great communication skills, fluency in English  
  • Bachelor’s degree
