The service provides the proper guidelines for a wide range of procedures, working to reduce time spent on rehabilitation and enhance the chances of full recovery for patients. It’s a powerful tool for healthcare personnel, already used by some of the most prominent medical institutions around the world.

Encare is taking its platform to the next level and we’re looking for a strong Fullstack Developer to aid in the development of a sharp SaaS solution to accommodate modern health care.

The Role

Encare is on an exciting growth journey and needs someone equally passionate about development and shaping the environment around them. Someone who has a thorough understanding of good engineering practices and how to implement them. Also, being someone who values the team and works to uphold a positive work culture around them – sometimes at the office, but also from home. 

Engineering Challenges:

• Taking Encare’s platform and architecture to the next level, enabling them to offer features and new functionality to their customers faster, better, and more robustly
• Navigating the cross-section between modern, cloud-based SaaS best practices and the highly regulated healthcare sector
• Raising the standard in modern engineering practices around scalability, test automation, CI/CD, logging/monitoring, data security, and more
• All of the above while not losing sight of continuously improving their product offering to help out customers save lives and improve recovery after surgery

• Previous working experience from companies at the forefront of technology and engineering culture
• An informal leader that assumes ownership and wants to be a part of influencing culture and engineering practices
• Has developer experience and wants to work with the following tech stack: .NET, NextJS/React, Docker/Kubernetes, and AWS
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Relevant academic degree
• Fluent in English
