They are continuously improving their HRIS landscape and are now looking for a HRIS Analyst to join their corporate HR team based in Täby right outside Stockholm.

About the position

As an HRIS Analyst at Mycronic, your responsibilities include gathering business requirements while both maintaining and developing the HRIS landscape. You will work closely with HR colleagues and end-users across the organization. In addition to being the system owner for all HR systems, you will analyze end-user training and support needs, create user guides, and develop routine procedures.

Furthermore, your tasks will include, but not be limited to:

  • Act as the technical link between HRIS and IT 
  • Establish and develop People KPI reporting for HR internally as well as for business leaders
  • Ensure consistent global data structures and standards 
  • Compile HR data for e.g. annual sustainability report 
  • Handle the relationship with the HRIS vendor/-s to ensure efficient usage of HR systems
  • Stay up to date with external best practice and benchmarks related to digitalization of HR

Qualifications

We are looking for a proactive individual with analytical and organizational abilities to be involved in the development of our HR systems. You have strong technical skills combined with a desire to understand the business and users. We believe that you possess great communication and teamwork abilities, coupled with an innovative mindset to successfully evolve system solutions. 

Desired skills:

  • 3+ years of experience working in the HRIS area
  • Good understanding of HR processes and data in a global organization within areas such as recruiting, compensation, performance, and learning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Project management and system implementation experience
  • Experience in developing and delivering end-user training and support
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English
