About the role

• Develop and implement a cohesive global IT strategy that supports the company’s mission, aligns with business objectives, and fosters a culture of quality and safety.
• Unite multiple local autonomous IT organizations, creating a single, unified team focused on delivering outstanding IT services and solutions for our employees and clients.
• Drive the IT transformation initiative, consolidating IT infrastructure and ensuring the seamless integration and development of a data warehousing platform and process governance.
• Drive the modernization and migration to cloud-based solutions and drive automation.
• Continuously enhance our robust cybersecurity defense and ensure that countermeasures are implemented to protect the group and employee information.
• Lead IT sourcing and vendor management, leveraging outsourcing partnerships to optimize service delivery and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define IT performance metrics and take full accountability for ensuring results.

About you

• Several years of progressive IT and digital leadership experience, preferably within service companies.
• Proven track record of successfully driving large-scale digitalization transformations and creating an innovative team culture.
• Experience with master data and data warehouse implementations, setting up streamlined process governance.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft technologies and a strong understanding of cloud computing, architecture and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience in the business services industry is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams. The corporate language is English.
• The role is based in our central Stockholm office but will require national and international travel.
