At Safemind we take recruitment very seriously. It is a lot more than writing job ads and evaluating candidates. We work our way through the Swedish tech scene, analysing different companies’ strengths and challenges. We know what questions we need to ask and often challenge preconceptions of what the ideal candidate looks like.
Many of us Safeminders have previous careers where we managed and recruited our own teams. We know how challenging it can be and understand the benefit of really good help. We are now looking for a colleague who gets as happy as we do when they see the right person in the right spot making all the difference.
With us you get to run your projects from start to finish. From the initial phases of understanding, challenging and advising the customer, through the compassionate coaxing out and assessing relevant candidate experience, to the final closing and follow up. You are never on your own though – we work as a team, pulling together utilising our different skills to succeed together.
