Are you working with a tech-team and think the people are more interesting than the tech stack?

At Safemind we take recruitment very seriously. It is a lot more than writing job ads and evaluating candidates. We work our way through the Swedish tech scene, analysing different companies’ strengths and challenges. We know what questions we need to ask and often challenge preconceptions of what the ideal candidate looks like. 

Many of us Safeminders have previous careers where we managed and recruited our own teams. We know how challenging it can be and understand the benefit of really good help. We are now looking for a colleague who gets as happy as we do when they see the right person in the right spot making all the difference.

The role

With us you get to run your projects from start to finish. From the initial phases of understanding, challenging and advising the customer, through the compassionate coaxing out and assessing relevant candidate experience, to the final closing and follow up. You are never on your own though – we work as a team, pulling together utilising our different skills to succeed together.

You’ll be

  • running complete recruitment projects
  • managing customers, candidates and other stakeholders
  • supporting colleagues, sharing your knowledge and experience freely
  • learn, share and document the traits and movements in our stronghold focus areas; Gaming, Fintech, Healthtech or e-commerce 
  • be part of the sales process if you want to. No worries if not, we’ll have you covered

You

To fit our bill we think you

  • have worked a few years in a position where you have recruited to your tech or product team
  • have an understanding of organisational structures, team composition and recruitment processes 
  • are interested and analytical with an ability to quickly grasp a business’ situation and needs 
  • have the ability to treat every individual with empathy and genuine interest, as well as having the stamina of driving a project through to a successful placement
  • already have the basis of a great network ready to hone and grow
  • are able to work from our lovely central Stockholm offices at least a couple of days a week
