Android Developer – Contract / Remote

We are helping a consumer tech startup in their search for a senior Android Developer. Our client is developing a new dimension of the Internet that aims to fundamentally change how people create and interact online. By freeing creators and their fans from the constraints of social media, they are building a platform that fosters a vibrant, community-driven ecosystem for limitless creativity, collaboration, and innovation.

This is a highly ambitious venture backed by one of Europe’s top VCs. The founder is a well-known profile from the Swedish tech scene – with a background from co-founding a global app that is being used by millions of people daily.

About the role:

You’ll join a global tech team with a strong engineering mindset. In this flexible and fast-paced environment, you’ll get to work with cutting-edge technologies including Kotlin, Coroutines, and Compose, while also contributing to the implementation of ML/AI techniques.

We are looking for:

• Strong background with Android development and a passion for creating high-quality user experiences.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and experience with Coroutines and Compose.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• An interest in AI technologies.
• It’s a plus if you have experience working with product video streaming, consumer tech, or the gaming industry.

This is a long-term contract-based remote position that starts as soon as possible.
