About the role

As Pedago Labs grows the technical core is key to its success. You will join a team of 6 skilled and passionate engineers that are ready to take the platform to the next level. In your role as a Senior Software Engineer, you will work closely with the team and add an extra layer of experience in DevOps and an architectural mindset in the further development of the platform. Your responsibility will be to build and scale the platform sustainably, track its performance, as well as mentoring and growing the team. 

About you

You are a skilled and passionate software engineer with an architectural mindset, ready to join, grow and scale with Pedago Labs. You know what it takes to scale a product and what trade-offs that need to be made. With a pragmatic approach, you can adapt quickly while ensuring sustainability. Having prior experience of building and developing platforms, you are familiar with various work methodologies and have a clear vision of how it should be done. We think you have great leadership skills where mentoring and a fail-fast approach is your way of working.
