As the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll spearhead our client’s global marketing activities and establish the framework for local marketing strategies. Your role involves leading a dynamic marketing team and overseeing key positions such as the Partner Marketing Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Digital Sales, Marketing Automation Coordinator, and Designer.
The CMO reports directly to the CEO and collaborates with regional sales directors, global sales partners, the CFO, and the COO.
As a member of the management group, you’ll be expected to set the standard, showcasing accountability, effective delegation, and a results-oriented mindset. Your emphasis on soft skills and fostering employee engagement will play a crucial role in cultivating a culture of High-Performing Teams.
The ideal candidate has over 5 years of proven leadership experience in B2B SaaS/PaaS marketing, encompassing branding, product marketing, and digital marketing. As this role is pivotal in a growing company, you will be required to engage in both hands-on and strategic work and should be prepared to tackle forthcoming challenges. You may either possess prior management group experience or be on the brink of assuming your first CMO position.
