About Railfinder

Railfinder is a ground-breaking trip planning and booking experience for international train travel in Europe. It highlights how train travel is better than other options and makes international trains readily available for everyone. • Nurture relationships with train operators in the long term.
  • Continuously look for new opportunities that support the mission of hassle-free and accessible train travel.

2. Contracts & Compliance

  • Manage all commercial contracts, including negotiations, to turn agreements into reality.
  • Manage sales policies to ensure you make the best promise possible to the customers while staying compliant and commercially viable.

The role can grow as we find the right match for future needs and the hire. That might include customer service, legal, or finance, and will be adapted as we grow.

  • Experience in commercial relationships & deal-making, preferably but not necessarily within the training industry.
  • Business development skills to creatively and continuously find business opportunities per our mission.
  • Proven leadership skills, including motivation, group dynamics, project management, and goal setting.
  • Discipline to say no to anything but the most essential priorities towards our mission.
  • Language skills: English and preferably also Swedish.

As a fundamental to the culture, all team members should have or be willing to obtain the following:

  • A deep commitment to sustainability.
  • Self-management skills to lead their work.
  • Skills to participate in collaborative decision-making.

Our Offering

  • Equity in Railfinder.
  • 30 days vacation per year.
  • Flexible work location wherever you can travel sustainably within Europe, with team workaways four times yearly for QBR meetings off-site.
  • Membership at a coworking space of your choice or equivalent.
  • Flexible & sensible work hours
