About the Role

As Head of Data, you’ll lead and grow a team of skilled data engineers, collaborating closely with stakeholders to build strong data foundations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that the data infrastructure supports analytics and data-informed decision-making, enabling the organization to derive valuable insights and optimize internal operations as well as customer-facing services.

You’ll contribute both strategically and hands-on, using your knowledge of data engineering, architecture, and tools to improve the efficiency and reliability of data pipelines. You’ll play a key leadership role, collaborating with the broader data & analytics team to drive strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.

You will empower your team to design tailored solutions for processing structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data, ensuring seamless data flow across the organization. You’ll thrive in this role by navigating the complexities of a highly regulated environment while delivering impactful, data-informed outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance the company’s analytical capabilities by ensuring data infrastructure and pipelines are optimized for data-driven decision-making and actionable business insights.

• Work closely with engineering and product teams to support cross-functional metrics, testing, and measurement initiatives

• Design and execute a data engineering roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Oversee large-scale data integration into the company’s data lake, ensuring seamless processes
• Adopt a customer-focused approach, incorporating customer needs into data strategies
• Own and maintain end-to-end data pipelines for smooth data transfer and storage
• Manage external vendors and third-party data integration resources effectively
