About the Role

As the AI Developer, you’ll play a key role in being part of a team leading the design, architecture and development of their next-generation AI solutions, with a particular focus on technologies like Python, Automation, Prompt Engineering and LLM (Large Language Models).

You will:

• Collaborate closely with the CTO and Head of Development on research and design to create a scalable architecture and code for the next-generation AI-driven products.
• Work hands-on and guide the tech team in implementing AI solutions in Python, focusing on areas like natural language processing, chatbot development, and intelligent automation.
• Develop and integrate tools and frameworks that improve AI product capabilities
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure high quality and operational reliability in the solutions, both technically and functionally.

About you

You enjoy working in a close-knit team towards shared goals and want to grow together with your colleagues and the company.

To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Solid experience in Python development, minimum 5 years.
• Deep understanding of architectural issues and experience with solution architecture
• Experience developing LLMs (Large Language Models) and prompt engineering
• Experience with test automation tools, such as Selenium, Playwright, Robocorp or Cypress.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written

It’s a plus if you have:

• Experience in fine-tuning LLMs
• Knowledge in Machine Learning and its applications
• Cloud experience, e.g., Azure, GCP, or AWS
• Experience working with Python orchestration tools
• Have leadership ambitions and eventually want to take on a leadership role
• Experience in Intelligent Automation, such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation), computer vision, and IDP (Intelligent Document Processing)
• Have fluent skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
