About the Role

As a Global Marketing Automation Expert, you will play a key role in supporting Mölnlycke Health Care’s local teams with day-to-day campaign operations, while also contributing to the development of the company’s global marketing automation strategy. You’ll work closely with Product Team experts and local marketers, acting as the technical link between vision and execution.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in balancing hands-on campaign work with strategic development — someone who enjoys training others and is comfortable working directly with systems and data.

Responsibilities

  • User Management: Create and manage user accounts in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and train users on how to use the platform effectively.
  • Data Quality and Consent: Handle and synchronize customer data securely, ensuring compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Automation: Design and implement automated campaigns using Journey Builder with a focus on personalization and engagement.
  • Integrations: Ensure seamless data flows between Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and other systems.
  • Ongoing Support: Provide hands-on support to local marketing teams, including campaign building, troubleshooting, content editing, and QA.
  • Global Collaboration: Work with global business areas to develop and scale templates, modules, and best practices across markets.
  • Performance Analysis: Track campaign results, conduct A/B testing, and suggest improvements to enhance performance.

About You

You bring solid experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and have a strong understanding of the MarTech landscape. You have worked with data management, automation, and CRM integrations, and are well-versed in data privacy and consent regulations. You’re comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams across geographies and enjoy sharing your knowledge. Working in an agile and international environment — often across time zones — is something you see as a natural and exciting part of your role.

We’re Looking For Someone With:

  • A university degree in technology, IT, or marketing – or equivalent professional experience (minimum 5 years).
  • Proven experience in developing digital solutions and automated marketing.
  • Familiarity with development methodologies such as DevOps and agile workflows.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of quality.
